Order Process
Place an inquiry through e-mail, fax, or phone. Important information includes:
- Your name
- Your telephone number and e-mail
- A convenient time to contact you
- Plan that you are interested in
- General questions
Either a sales associate or the designer will call you back to discuss the details of your inquiry the following business day. Once the details are sorted, Home Patterns LLC will customize our drawings for you and print them within a few days. We usually ship by UPS 2-Day Ground.

1400 - 1599 SF $745
1600 - 1799 SF $895
1800 - 1999 SF $1045
2000 - 2399 SF $1195
2400 SF & Over $1,295 - Nonprofit Affordable Housing Builders receive a 35% discount.
- Price includes e-plots to local printer. Additional cost for hard copies and shipping.
- Price will be negotiated on change orders.
- We can print mirrored plans - $50 setup charge.
